Aylesbury is the County Town of Buckinghamshire. It is located 15 miles north east of the M40 (Junction 7) and 18 miles north west of the M25 (Junction 20) via the A41 dual carriageway. There is a regular rail service to London Marylebone with a journey time of approximately 55 minutes. Oxford House is situated about half a mile south west of the town centre on the north side of the A418 Oxford Road at its junction with Fowler Road. The building is 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and 10 minutes’ walk to Aylesbury Station. Aylesbury is a town which is due to expansion over the next 10-15 years as it is to become a new garden city, accommodating a further 20,000/25,000 new homes.
